Prices for Autumn-Winter 2023

Our prices vary from $380 to $550 based on season, holidays and demand.

When you book directly with us, we sign official contract that protects both clients and owners legally. 

We offer discounts if you stay more than 14 days. We also love referrals from our friends and loyal clients!

You can rent our place for a short term vacation time or for a longer time from 1 to 4-5 months at certain months (usually November to March time slot).
