Fully renovated, a vibrant home in Hollywood 10-minute walk from restaurants, grocery store, kids playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts and a few min driving from the beach is available for rent. European interior decoration style combined with industrial finish materials will be a highlight of your vacation in Florida. Fully fenced private double sized lot with palm trees and a full size heated swimming pool. Billiards room, BBQ, laundry unit, high-end appliances, reverse osmosis water filter, board games and TV units around the house.

Why did we create this vacation home?

We are a family with a 3 years old baby. Before becoming parents, we loved travelling and preferred active camping and advanced hiking. After giving birth to our son and working 24/7 for the last couple years, we slightly changed our vacation preferences :) When we realized that we now need to plan our vacation time differently, we had hard time to find Airbnb or hotel that is extremally clean and that is fully equipped with all the tools parents need for a comfortable time with a child.

Our last Airbnb experience was beyond words. Our towels had spots, dirty fridge, etc. And after thinking of our ideal vacation we bought and renovated a stylish home in Hollywood, FL.

Location

We would like to invite you to stay for your vacation in our family home in Hollywood, FL that is 15 min on Uber from Ft Lauderdale airport and 45 min away from Miami International Airport. Our home is located in two blocks from a Young Circle on Jackson Street. 

Quick access from the airport was a very important criteria for a vacation with kids for our family! 

In 5 min walk you can find a wonderful playground with swings and slides for kids of different ages. Right there you can find basketball and tennis courts. That's why we offer you a ball and racquets. 

Ride a bike to the ocean shore or local lakes and check out Young Circle! It has water fountains, playground, shade from the tree and new high-rise buildings with small businesses and restaurants. 

Grocery store is also 5 min walk. Or simply enjoy online delivery services and have your meals on the patio or in our Spanish inspired dining room. 

Restaurants are in about 10 min walk with the world wide cuisine from Japanese to Eastern European. Or take a ride to variety of the restaurants to nearby cities (10 min drive). 

Interior design and furnishing

The house is renovated in a vibrant industrial style warmed up with colorful decor. Most of our furniture (and beds in particular!) are from eco materials as well as renovation materials. Bright and colorful photos of resort destinations of USA and Florida will tune you to a memorable vacation in beautiful tropical Florida! 

Fully equipped kitchen with beyond all necessary accessories and gadgets (designer tiffany color kettle and toaster, mixer, blender, coffee machine, insta pot and much more!). Eco dinnerware. Reverse osmosis water filter. Your cooking experience will be as comfortable as on your own kitchen. 

New full sized and modern washing mashine and dryer. New Weber grill on the backyard. Iron, steamer, vacuum cleaner, and many other items make our space a home but not a rental empty facility.

IF yo are looking for a place for a comfortable remote work, then both suites have desks and monitor is available by request. 

We value cleanliness. That is why we remodeled our house only in bright colors and offfer only white bedding and towels so you see that our place is crystal clean!

Two suits with 5* hotel bathroom and bedding experience

Along with the kids room (you can find information below) this house has 2 full suits. We designed this home for our family and friends and we just furnished it with brand new products. You will enjoy two suits with bathtub and walk-in shower. We offer king size Thuma beds with adaptive foam mattresses  with anti-microbial protections from Turf & Needle. 

In all three bathrooms of the house you will find a high-end formula & environmentally-friendly hotel sets that are gluten-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free and disposable SPA slippers. Our hair dryers are with diffuser and nozzles with built-in Negative Ionic Technology.
Only white towels and bedding so you see they are perfectly clean!

For the little ones can provide bath toys and duckling shampoo duck rinser. 

Kids & Teen room. You and your tittle ones will love to be our guests!

We remodeled this home with love and attention to details. Every inch is well thought through for a comfortable long and short stay and finished with as much eco materials as possible. 

We decorated the room so your kids and teens can have a special place to enjoy!  Lots of sources of light and a cozy lamp over a spacious arm chair where it is so convenient to cuddle and read a book together or watch your child playing. This room offers a full size bunk bed with top twin  size and bottom full size mattress. Note that this bed can also accommodate adults who are open to sharing a room.

We not only provided a few books (interesting ones about fun facts about Florida) and a few toys and puzzles for different ages but created the playful atmosphere with a custom cartoon aircraft and cute animals wall mural. We designed this space to bring some joy and fun to your kids' vacation time.

We also love and support travelling parents of newborns and toddlers! Highchair with table and anti-slip food spill mat , baby crib, newborn rinsing bath, potty, baby tissue warmer, duckling rinsing pot, kids' plates and plate mats are available per request. In the kitchen you will find baby and kids dinnerware and cutleries and colorful playmats. Kids bike that belongs to our son will be provided be request.

Entertainment

Every suit bedroom, living room, and billiards room have TV. You also can enjoy board games and fun group games like Twist. Chests, Dixit, Tickets to Ride, Exploding Kittens, Ghost, and many more including games and puzzles for little ones. Kids can play with stackers, building blocks, lotto.

Basketball and tennis racquets will be useful on the nearby tennis and basketballs courts. You can also use our 2 adult bikes and one kids bike for a bike ride along the beach (bikes available in September).

Billiards room

Along with board and fun games for adults and kids, we offer a full sized pool table with all related equipment. This room has a bar table and a TV so you can play a game and watch a game. The room has convenient access to patio and water pool and you would not disturb sleeping guests in the bedrooms. 

Full-sized swimming pool

You will love our full-sized outdoor pool that is heated. In the end it is 6 ft deep and recently a son of our guests learned how to swim! 

We prepared for you water mattresses, water guns, water balls and other swimming toys. After swimming, enjoy sunshine on the brand new lounges or chairs. 

All doors that lead to the backyard we installed sound system to let you know that someone opened the doors. Please always watch your kids outside and in the pool!

Patio

Big and spacious double sized lot has a lot of areas for you to enjoy sunshine. Backyard is fully fenced and private. You can rest on our brand new outdoor sofa and chairs, have a meal on the outdoor table, or take a break in hammock. Please use outdoor unbreakable dinnerware for these purposes. Backyard is lighted all around so even in the night you will safe and cozy!

Gym

We also arranged a space dedicated for gym room for you in additional detached house on the backyard. You can enjoy treadmill, gym machine, fitness mats, yoga blocks, fitness ball, weights, resistance bands and jump box. 

Outdoor games & entertainment

If you love outdoor sports, we offer basketball and tennis racquets, two adult bikes and one kids bike (bikes available in September). Tennis and basketball courts are in 5 min walking distance. You will love biking along the ocean shore that reminds Vancouver, BC seawall!

Ocean & Beach

It takes about 5 min to drive to the beach. Along with a $2 (almost free!) Sun Shuttle you can use your car to get to the beach (please check City Sun Shuttle details for prices and routes). Please enjoy beach umbrella, beach chairs, cooler and use our folding beach wagon to get all these things to the beach. 

No rental car? City Sun Shuttle will pick you right form the house and take to any place within its route including beach and restaurants!

If you prefer to not rent a car and  have a car-free vacation you can get to the beach, restaurants, grocery using city Sun Shuttle. For $2 you can schedule a pick up from the house or your location withing the shuttle route and enjoy a ride! Please advise official City Sun Shuttle for prices, routes and service availabilit prior to the booking.  

Disneyland, parks and attractions

Miami and nearby cities offer a lot of fun activities f or all ages. Along with them, you can go for a 1-2 days trip to Orlando Disneyland at a very reasonable price (we cannot be responsible for the prices at the moment of your stay, right now we see $45 per ticket).  You do not need to pack, unpack and plan another stay, just get there for a couple days via airplane.

Why would you love our home for your vacation?

Due to circumstances, we work 24/7 and have an active and fun 3 years old boy. And right now we cannot get back to active outdoor camping and hiking. It was hard to have a relaxed time with a child in hotels or other Airbnb homes. During my vacation, I love working out, eating healthy food, sleep well to recover from busy workdays and workweeks. And I did not like to carry huge suitcases with all baby chairs/boosters/etc every time we travel. We love clean spaces, white bedding and white towels, so I can have no worries about how clean the space is.

That's why we remodeled this home and equipped it with all the tools and things you would enjoy during your stay with extra focus on active sports and baby/toddler needs.
